Products solve problems and meet needs. I “NEED” a pair of pink mirror glasses because I lost my favorite pair and the store I purchased them from last year is out of business. I find not only a pink pair of mirrored sunglasses but one that comes with a protective case AND and cleaning cloth. BINGO. Problem solved with a bundle.
You have to shift your thoughts from sales rank and profit margin to FIRST thinking about what problems and needs customers have. Name a problem YOU have or have had that a product or set of products can meet.
Have you ever looked for a product that you felt would solve a problem for you only to find out NO ONE, not even big bad amazon has it or anything similar? If you can solve a problem your customer will gladly say "TAKE MY MONEY!" If you can create a variety that no one has, it still MEETS a NEED!
