Step 1: Login to Seller Central
Step 2: Click on Reports > Fulfllment > Inventory > Inventory Adjustments
Step 3: Select “disposed of” for reason group.
Click generate report.
Step 4: Look at the list of all of the items that Amazon has disposed off without your knowledge in the past 365 days!
Step 5: Open cases for these items with seller support.
FYI: Amazon requests no more than 5 transactions per reimbursement request. Make a plan to get your money back. Always, always ask. No one wants to let their money sit around.
