The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”) that are attending any workshop whether virtual or in person (“Workshop”) organized by Mommy Income, (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By completing the registration form for a particular workshop, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors and any other person attending the Workshop on your behalf shall comply with these Terms. The Contract is formed when payment is received. 

Payment

The fee for attending the Workshop (“Registration Fee”) will be as stated on the registration form for the relevant Workshop from time to time. All payments for the Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form, or as stated in your payment plan option and in any event prior to the date of the Workshop. If payment is not received within 7 days of your registration, your registration will be cancelled and the payment of any refund will be at our complete discretion. We reserve the right to run price promotions as we see fit.

Credit & Refund Policy 

All tickets for the Workshop shall be non-refundable. Spots are extremely limited and no refunds will be offered. If you are unable to attend, we may, at our sole discretion, issue you a credit of equal or lesser value to attend a future event or offer a substitute product or package of products of our choosing, as we see fit. No refunds will be given for technology failures, power outages, unexpected interruptions or any other circumstances beyond our control. 

Cancellation Policy

The Confident Bundlers Workshop is a unique copyrighted program run by the founder and director, Kristin Ostrander. In case the Workshop has to be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, Mommy Income shall reschedule the event, postpone it to a later date or reimburse the participant the enrollment fee at their discretion. Mommy Income reserves the right to decline to accept or retain participants as members of the group at its sole discretion. Our sole liability in relation to any cancellation, postponement or change of venue shall be limited to the price paid by you for such Workshop and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

We do not guarantee accuracy for any warranties, liability, or any other damages caused by violation of this agreement. We do not guarantee results, profits or monetary gain. The following is a list where we do not offer accuracy: Any form of warranty posted on any terms or through any medium which might be implied by law .

In providing this workshop, no person is acting as your solicitor or providing you with legal advice. We are providing you with training, template documents and guidance.
Any form of liability attached to any loss or damages from using our website or information products. Said loss or damages have no limitations and result from the posts of other users, by using our website, or any hyperlinks or advertisements that are in any way associated with our website or company brand.

Mommy Income acts only as an agent, and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any building or rented space or service or for any other person engaged in carrying out the workspace arrangements. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the participants, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, to change times and days of classes or change classroom venues, such alternatives may be made without liability to Mommy Income.

Further, Mommy Income accepts no responsibility for loss of personal articles and effects, nor for personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses or additional expense due to delays or damages in transportation or other services, sickness, weather or any other causes or for any of the above arising due to participant’s participation in the Workshop.
Mommy Income, shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, monetary losses, cancellations, lost articles, or any guarantees of successful financial outcomes.

Promotional Materials/ Responsibilities of Attendees

You agree that we may include your details in any promotional materials relating to the Workshop and/or any materials used at the Workshop. We are not liable for errors or omissions contained in such information.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for any such promotional materials and any materials used at the Workshop (including course notes, slides, brochures, articles and case studies) belongs to us and may not be reproduced in any medium without our prior written consent.

You may use such materials for your own business purposes only and may not reproduce, publish or deal with such materials in any way for any commercial use. You may not in any circumstance record, distribute, reuse or copy any portion of the workshop including but not limited to zoom meetings, videos, printed workbooks, frameworks or any other materials produced and distributed by Mommy Income. You will be fully liable for any sharing, damages or distributions not authorized by Mommy Income or its owners. You agree that you are using this for your own personal business and will not share, distribute, copy or recreate any portion of the materials provided including logins, passwords, printed and recorded materials without written consent from Mommy Income. We reserve the right to change the published program or materials as we see fit.

Photography and Filming

We may wish to photograph or film the Workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other person attending the Workshop) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the Workshop with you. You may not photograph or video the Workshop without our prior consent.

Technology Acknowledgements

You acknowledge that technology, wifi connections, hardware and software are entirely your responsibility. Mommy Income is not responsible for connection issues, undeliverable emails, login issues, computer security or issues regarding hosting programs, USPS delivery, or other third party services beyond our control. Your Obligations

You shall be responsible for making and paying for your own travel and accommodation arrangements to and from the Workshop. If you are late to the workshop or prevented from attending the Workshop due to travel delays or any other circumstances, we shall not be obliged to provide you with a refund or to wait to start the Workshop until you arrive. We start promptly and request all attendees arrive early and test their connections and equipment prior to the start of all sessions. 

Disability, Medical Conditions, Dietary Requirements

If you have any disability or medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you or any special dietary requirements, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and in any workshop at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the Workshop.

***WORKSHOP ATTENDEE COVID WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

When you register for an in-person event with Mommy Income you are confirming your intent and commitment to abide by policies put in place to protect students, visitors/guests, staff, etc. Mandates and safety protocols are put in place by each venue and vary depending on the location.

• I declare I am not experiencing or exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms as outlined by the federal and state Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) such as fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath.

• I acknowledge I must follow the safety protocols that have been implemented and posted in buildings including practicing social distancing 

• I am not aware nor do I believe I have been recently exposed to a person with a positive and confirmed case of COVID-19.

Acknowledgement [UPON REGISTRATION]

By registering for this event, I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to the virus and become affected as a result. I understand the risk of becoming infected may impact members of the university community, event guests, and event attendee’s families or personal contacts. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death related to contracting the virus while attending an event hosted by Mommy Income. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Mommy Income from all claims of any kind arising out of COVID-19.
